Join us May 10, 2012 as we celebrate our 2012 Human Rights Awards Honoree Annie Leonard & your 2012 People’s Choice Honoree, PFC Bradley Manning.  (Daniel Ellsberg will accept the People’s Choice Award on behalf of Bradley Manning.)  Enjoy wine, passed hors d’oeuvres, and the company of Global Exchange board, staff and fellow supporters.

The Global Exchange Human Rights Awards strives to recognize the individuals and groups making a lasting difference, including those heroes whose efforts may have previously gone unrecognized.  Spanning the globe, these honorees represent a multiplicity of professions, tactics, and aspirations.  Though diverse, they are unified by a common drive to preserve and protect human rights.  Past honorees include:
